Welcome to KCWC 2021

Welcome to KCWC 2021

What a year we had in 2020. It seemed like the entire world turned upside down. And yet, despite the troubles and turmoil, we had an awesome conference. Why? Because our focus at KCWC has always been about the promises we have as Christians, even above the work we do as writers.

Still, writing is our calling, and our 2021 committee members (some who have been with us for previous conferences and some new volunteers) are hard at work to bring Christian writers another event that will equip and encourage them in their quest for publication. We may not have confirmation on our venue or information about whether the conference will be in person or online for some time yet, but we will inform you when we know more. In the meantime, we are planning weekly blog updates and at least monthly newsletter updates to keep you in the loop as we work on the next conference.

So, mark your calendars for June 17th through June 19th, 2021, and follow us here on our blog, on our Facebook page and group, on Twitter, on Instagram, and on our website where you can sign up for our great and informative newsletter. If you’re on our newsletter list, you already know our theme for 2021 is “Refined.” Sign up for your own newsletter subscription by clicking the blue bar on the top left of our KCWC homepage at https://kychristianwriters.com/.

KCWC is an amazing place to allow God to refine all the aspects of your life as a Christian writer; your written words, your publishing, your presentation and publicity, your fellowship with other Christian writers, and so much more. And here’s some good news to whet your appetite for next year… We’ve received confirmation that award-winning, NYT best-selling author Michelle Medlock Adams has accepted our invitation to be our 2021 keynote speaker. Learn more about Michelle and her books (over 90) at her website at https://michellemedlockadams.com, and start spreading the news to your other Christian writer friends today.

May God bless you in all you write—especially as you write for Him,

Your KCWC Planning Committee
