The Planning Committee has reserved a block of five rooms, (first come, first served) for a group rate of $159 per night at the Holiday Inn Express. Mention you are a KCWC registrant when you reserve the room. When these rooms are booked, prices will revert to the standard rate. Note: You must reserve the room by phone to receive the discount. As of September 21, our block at this rate continues to have 12 rooms available.
As of September 21, all discounted rooms at the Hampton Inn have been booked. You may still book a room at their regular rate.
As of September 21, five double queen rooms still were not booked in a block reserved at a group rate of $149 per night at the Hilton Garden Inn for conference registrants (see contact information below). Use the code KYCW to receive the discounted rate. When the block is completely booked, the room rates will revert to the regular price. Click the button to reach their site. Hurry!
