Conference Bookstore

KCWC is happy to cooperate with the Elizabethtown Community and Technical College Bookstore in offering our registrees, Committee members, and speakers the opportunity to sell their books at our 2022 KCWC Conference. They are a Barnes & Noble store.

Please read and follow the information below to participate.

Choose your option:

  • You are considered consignees with B & N. They must input you as a vendor into their system. B & N will consign only books that are returnable to you.
  • Only registrees for the in-person conference, Committee members, and speakers may consign.
  • Authors can consign only three titles.
  • You must email the following information to KCWC Coordinator, Jean Matthew Hall (jean@jeanmatthewhall.com), who will organize and send it to the ECTC Bookstore manager: Author’s name, email address, phone number, mailing address, no more than three book titles, publishers, and recommended prices.
  • Jean must receive this information before April 25, 2022. That means you will need to register for the Conference before April 25, 2022.
  • Authors will bring to the Conference no more than 15 copies of each title.
  • B & N will mail authors a check for their share of the sales after withholding the consignment fee.
  • Consignees must bring books to the book table Friday morning. They should retrieve unsold books at the table Saturday at a time to be specified by the Bookstore.
  • Provide no more than three titles for ordering.
  • Only registrees for the in-person conference, Committee members, and speakers may participate.
  • ECTC will order no more than 15 copies of each title from the publishers.
  • They will order only books that are returnable to the publishers.
  • If authors’ books are not returnable, then authors can choose to consign. (See column at left for consignment instructions.)
  • You must email the following information to KCWC Coordinator, Jean Matthew Hall (jean@jeanmatthewhall.com), who will organize and send it to the ECTC Bookstore manager: Author’s name, email address, phone number, mailing address, no more than three book titles, publishers, and ISBNs. Jean must receive this information before April 25, 2022.
  • After the Conference B & N will mail authors a check for their share of the sales.
