Agents & Editors

KCWC has invited agents and editors who will share their expertise and interact with attendees in one-on-one appointments that may be life-changing! Sign-ups for appointments will begin at the registration table on Friday morning at 7:00 a.m.

PLEASE NOTE: The list of Agents and Editors below consists of professionals who attended the 2019 conference, and is for illustrative purposes only. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE the same personnel will attend the 2020 conference. Please return to this page in January for an updated list.


A literary agent represents writers and their written works to publishers and assists in sales, promotion, and deal negotiation.


An editor works for a media outlet and facilitates the publishing process, sometimes including proofreading, copy-editing, and critiques.


A Christian author is a person who writes to glorify God. KCWC faculty members are recognized industry professionals.

Wanda Barbella

Wanda is a representative in author relations for EA Books Publishing, which presents an option that blends the creative control of self-publishing with services from seasoned professionals­.

Jenny Baumgartner

Jenny Baumgartner is editorial director and acquisitions editor for Nelson Books, a division of HarperCollins Christian Publishing. She has partnered with many bestselling authors. 

Gregg Bridgeman

Gregg began operating Olivia Kimbrell Press ™ in 2011 acting as Editor-in-Chief. OKP specializes in assisting previously unpublished authors and publishes both fiction and non-fiction. 

Kathy Cretsinger

Kathy represents Mantle Rock Publishing LLC,  a small Christian publisher. They publish Romantic Suspense, Historical Romance, Contemporary Romance, and Christian Fantasy/Speculative.

Rachelle Gardner

Rachelle Gardner is an agent with Books & Such Literary Management, representing both fiction and nonfiction. She likes to look at a few pages of your manuscript/proposal and/or a one-sheet.

Nicole Jones

Nicole will represent The Seymour Agency and will receivepitches for all genres of fiction and nonfiction. She would like to see a one-sheet and a sample chapter of your work.

Amanda Luedeke

Amanda is the Vice President of the MacGregor and Leudeke agency. She is currently focusing on nonfiction and Christian spirituality projects with a sprinkling of fiction.

Kenzi Nevins

Kenzi is an award-winning writer with a passion for magic realism and mythology. She is a junior agent with Cyle Young Literary Elite representing illustrators and author/illustrators.
